Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to the residents of our care home. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents’ health and well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to promote their overall well-being
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents’ care, including medication administration, vital signs, and daily activities
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, coordinated care
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents
