Carer

As a Carer in a care home, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to the residents. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. You will also be responsible for monitoring the residents’ physical and emotional well-being, and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members.

In this role, you will be expected to create a warm and welcoming environment for the residents, and to engage them in activities and social interactions that promote their overall well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and social workers, to ensure that the residents receive the best possible care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for caring for others. You should also be able to work well under pressure and be able to adapt to the changing needs of the residents.

This position is for the area of Surrey
