Care Assistant Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional overnight care to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents during the night shift.

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities and conversations
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents’ care and any incidents that occur during the shift
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other care professionals to deliver a holistic and coordinated approach to resident care
