PSV Driver (Passenger Service Vehicle)

Call 4 Staff Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading transportation company to find skilled PSV Drivers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers to join a dynamic team and contribute to the safe and comfortable transportation of passengers across the UK.As a PSV Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely operating passenger service vehicles, ensuring timely arrivals and departures, and providing exceptional customer service to all passengers.  Key Responsibilities: Operate PSV vehicles safely and efficiently in accordance with traffic regulations Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs Provide route information and answer passenger inquiries Handle ticket sales and fare collection when required Maintain accurate logs and records of journeys, passengers, and any incidents Adhere to scheduled timetables and routes Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other staff members Respond appropriately to emergency situations Requirements: Valid PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) license Current Driver CPC qualification Clean driving record with no more than 3 penalty points Minimum 2 years’ experience as a PSV driver Excellent knowledge of UK road networks and traffic regulations Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to remain calm under pressure Good physical fitness to assist with luggage and passenger needs Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Benefits: Competitive salary rates Overtime opportunities Comprehensive training and development programs Career advancement possibilities within a growing company Pension scheme 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Employee recognition programs Modern fleet of well-maintained vehicles Join our client’s team and drive your career forward with Call 4 Staff Recruitment.
